Kedai Kopi Baru Bar Lock Yuen

It's is kinda hidden..at least it's not situated in some popular busy area..
You can find it somewhere along the road to Batu Sapi across our Pantai "Putih"

Walk inside to find the shop's main attraction..

Freshly baked bread..

From Kaya Buns, Red Bean Buns, Peanut Buns to Plain Buns(I think)..

But my personal favourite would be the Peanut Bun

In addition you can always ask them cut and add butter in the middle (and Kaya too but i still prefer it without the Kaya)

Look at how the butter MELTS in the bun.and the bread itself is so soft and fresh
YES I KNOW IT'S FATTENING but why not pamper yourself once in a while??XD

Asian Delight

Newly opened (kinda) eatery in Taman Tyng. Same block with Edo Ichi. Kinda near to each other. So call serving Japan-Chinese style food. It kinda wanted to be like a Kim Gary Restaurant. I THINK.

Beef Katsu Retsu Mein
I don't what is Retsu.
It's the 1st time I ate 'fried' beef.
Not much to be commented.

Cheese Bake Rice with Char Siu Chicken
I kinda recommend this. The cheese go well with the Char Siu Chicken.
Not bad.

Chicken Katsu Mein
Wanted to try lamb. But out of stock.
The chicken is kinda nice with RICE.
But not with mee with sauce. It's kinda weird for me

Food here comes with a bowl of soup. Today we get Salted vege soup. Not bad. However I don't quite like the milky tea here. It taste kinda weird.

Pasar Kim Fung

Mile 4 market is a MUST-GO place for cheap and good food. There are alot of different things here. Some stall offering the same thing but need to know which stall is the best.

I like sotong + kangkung
Kinda is a must order. Where is the exact stall?
I don't know how to direct @@
But do try this out.

Another MUST-ORDER
Wo tet/dumpling.
Refer to previous post for locations.

3 items above is a must order. Totally recommended

Not forgetting, the fried radish cake.
This time without taugeh cause EMQ don't like 'em.

Please look for this glass to locate the stall. In my opinion, it's the BEST Teh C Ping I ever had.
The tea taste is so rich. Even the ice already finish melting, the tea is still GREAT.
Unlike most Teh C Ping, when the ice melted, it'll be very tasteless.
This is milky and yet it didn't effect the tea taste.
TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!

Gotta imagine how nice this thing is? 3 person, from 3 glass to 5 glass.
It's VERY nice. Especially during these days crazy weathers.

After all that and you get a bloated tummy.
*yum*yum*

Edo Ichi

I'm posting about Edo Ichi again. Please refer to previous post about it.

Hokkigai Sushi
I finally get to eat it.
I love this dunno-what-clam dish

Tako Sushi
It's octopus by the way

I forgot what's this

Unagi Sushi
I recommend to request them to reheat them.
It certainly taste nicer when warm.

Cuttlefish in I-forgot-sauce
It's kinda NORMAL.
The sauce is kinda nice tho.

I also forgot what's the name of this

This...whatever-maki
The cheese in the middle is definately LOVE

Salmon maki

I get to eat their Nestum ice-cream again. I just love their ice cream.

Hawaii Restaurant

Located at town. It's actually INSIDE City View Hotel. The food here USED to be value for money. I mean their serving is VERY big despite the price since last time. I'm not sure about now since price hike.*sigh*

Black Pepper Lamb + Rice
It's kinda normal.

Chinese wine soup.
If you love chinese wine, I certainly recommend this. The chicken inside is kinda tasteless
but I love the soup alot. Very rich in chinese wine..? It's kinda HOT if you finish it tho.
The soup's serving is SOOO big that it takes 2 person to finish it.

The set lunch and dinner in this restaurant is certainly recommend for the value. It's damn cheap and it's a 3-4 course meal. Where'd you get to find such deal? Taste wise..? not bad I would say.

English Tea House & Restaurant

Looking at this creature, locals sure know where is this place.

Mr Peacock is like an icon to this place.
Kinda.

English Tea House & Restaurant
located at Jalan Istana, right on top of a ..hill?

The walkway.
You get to play the i-dunno-what-its-called-game at the side.

Orange Rampage
A mocktail which taste kinda weird for me.
I just don't like the taste where orange juice mix with sprite?
It tasted abit bitter and sour and sweet?

Apple Tea
It smells VERY nice! It's so fragrant that it can unblock a blocked nose better than wasabi.
I think the taste is just as nice as the smell.

Soft Center Chocolate Cake
The cream is nice
I'm a cream-lover =p

I think most choco-lover would love this.
It's not that sweet,somehow just-right for me.
However, the more you have it, you'll feel weird.
It looks like a paste tho.

Black Glutinous Rice Cream Brulee
I forgot the complete name for this thing, but it's something like that.
Topped with papaya.

Taste like curry! I know it's weird to say like that.
But it taste like curry to me. I think it's because of the glutinous rice at the bottom.
I think it's nice tho. But like the choco thing, the more you have it, you'll feel weird.

From above, you get to see the Sandakan Town.

Moving down from the cafe/restaurant, there's a place to view the town.
It's advisable not to go to the place at night.

Sim Sim Floating Eateries

Alot famous famous floating eateries at Sim Sim is located at the Bridge no.7 If you're asking for the direct instructions, can't help you tho. We got lost ourselves. However, this restaurant is located opposite to H86 if not mistaken. It's famous for getting FRESH fish.

A familliar sight while on the way to the eateries.
JELLYFISH!
LOTSA THEM!!

Teh C Ping & Milo C Ping kurang manis
EMQ : The teh c not bad
I kinda liked the milo also. The kakak sure know how to make it right.

Seafood Porridge + century egg
Fresh prawns and fish!

It's SWEET. Sweetness from the seafood itself.
RM 5.00, not bad

Mee soup with seaweed
The soup is very sweet and very seaweed-y taste
The seafood itself are very fresh

Despite the look, it taste very nice

Another usual sight of people getting fresh fish.
Beside this restaurant is actually a fish market.
Alot people gather to get fresh fish.
Although it's a 'fish market' It doesn't really have the fishy smell in normal market.

Our plan was to eat Century Egg dumpling but end up having our breakfast here because we can't locate the restaurant.
