Equator

I'm lazy to keep editing post. I'll just add up whatever new things we've tried. Please refer to the tags to keep updated.

Belgium Chocolate Cheesecake

Tiramisu

(Soon to be added drink name)

Flavoured Vanilla ice blended - Irish Cream with Whipped cream
Irish cream taste like coconut. It's like a milky coconut drink.
The coconut taste is NOT that strong but still, you'll still tasted it.

(Soon to be added drink name)

And the bill comes...

Edo Ichi

As the name suggest, it serve japanese food. Located at Taman Tyng, opposite Giant and might be known as mile 6.

Entrance

Interior

Tamago (Egg) Sushi
The egg is basically sweetened.

Sake Sushi (Salmon)
The fish itself is not that THICK, I enjoy RAW fish alot, no complains.
But there are better ones around. Have yet to try the other Japenese outlet here.

Ebiko Sushi (Fish egg)
The fillings are kinda generous. Sorta.

Shin Maguro Sushi (Butterfish)
I personally like butterfish. Like salmon, it's kinda thin. I'd love it more if it's THICKER!
But I really recommend trying out butterfish. It's NICE!

Sansetto Sushi
I think this thing literally means 3 kinds of fish. I think it's actually
Salmon, butterfish and tuna.
Originally I wanted to have Ebi and Hokkigai but out of stock =3=

Gyuniku minoki maki (Mushroom beef roll)
I forgot what's the name of the mushroom in the middle.
I certainly recommend trying out this 1. It's JUICY!

(It looks like some sort of alien in some way)

Garlic Rice
Quite fragrant.

Free ice-cream of the day
Today we got Malt ice-cream.
I lurve it!

And there comes the bill @@

Overall, is okay. I love today's beef roll. It's juicy and the mushroom is just nice. Last time was DRY. Sushi wise, the rice is too little*sigh*

Higashi Tei/ ヒガシテイ

There are only 2 proper Japanese Restaurant, one in Taman Tyng and one in Indah

Higashi Tei- the one in Indah

Nevertheless one must order sushi to try how well the food is

Mini Octopus

Salmon - The rice part is nicely done..better than Edo Ichi, but the salmon in Edo Ichi is..LONGErrRRr XD

Salmon Maki

This is forgot what is it called but it's crab meat mixed with mushroom, egg and other stuff..

Topped with cheese - love this one!

Alternatively you can always order obento style food..

^ Sakana Tendon Rice (Fish..I also spot some carrots in the tempura)

The obento set comes with mizo soup

Giant Coffee Bread

One word says it all

GIANT

Only available in the morning/afternoon during weekends - smart marketing plan huh

This is the closest to what you can get from Rotiboy in KL and Tuah Baker in KK

It does smell really nice when it is hot and freshly baked, even the top is crunchy

Eat while hot, when it is cold it's not that nice HEHE

Kedai Kopi Shin Cheong Loong

Located in the middle of town (well almost) at the row of shops beside Shell..

Many people come here to eat their ais thingy (i myself am not a big fan of it)

Ais Batu Campur (ABC) - A combination of ice with fruits (no avocados today) and nuts

Or Ais Kacang - Only ice and kacang merah/red bean

And for those who doesnt fancy those above like me you can order any juices

^Watermelon Juice

(But i do hear complains about how expensive those ABCs are if compared to KL haha)

But i think the thing that attracts MORE people is their SATAY!!!

You can have chicken, beef or Ngau Lam/Beef Stomach ALL of which you should try

(Eventhough it's not healthy and carcinogenic because of the charcoal BUT WHAT DELICIOUS FOOD IS ACTUALLY HEALHTY?!)

And what's best besides the satay is the peanutty sauce

This is how some people eat and enjoy the sauce even without the satay

Many Semenanjung tourists love Sandakan satay so this is also highly recommended!

-EMQ-

Kedai Makan Kim Hou

Kinda new..located behind Giant SuperHypermarket

Plenty of parking space since that area is kinda new

Someone brought me here to try their Beef Mix Mee Soup (Ngau Chap Mee) but you can always try other food which i didnt have the chance to try yet..

After 10 minutes (or more ehemm)of waiting my food finally came

Oklahhh, but i think the soup lacks abit if the Ngau Chap taste

Alternatively you can order mihun

Sandakan Floating Eateries

Located in Sandakan Town after passing Nam Tung Si and Siong Hei Si and basically located ON the sea..

Find this bridge (2nd one from the road junction)

DOnt be afraid to walk in haha

You might see these on the way...

Prawn Crackers!!So tempted to steal some..

After you reach the end of the bridge you can see a mini restaurant

Food ranging from Dai Fun Soup Campur (rm3?!)

To Mee Soup Campur..

AHhh, read yourself

But i think you should try the seafood mee soup XD

Besides enjoying the nice cheap food you can also enjoy the view

(Ignore the smelly sea/rubbish water smell - but the shop itself is clean)

And sometimes you might even see something interesting

Trapped in the middle of the deep blue sea...

DOG?!?!
