If you think you will like it you can order a normal Pei Dan Gau Mee with only 2 pieces of Gau
If you REALLY like it you can just order only them XD
99% of them are wrapped up perfectly, with the Pei Dan spanning the whole length of the Gau
An inside look at the Gau..no matter how many bites you take you can still see the Pei Dan
It's so famous that I even saw it on the menu in a shop in City Mall, Kota Kinabalu..
But it sure is a little more expensive compared to Sandakan

Pss; You can pre-order them uncooked and export it ;D

i doubt if it original as the pei dan kau is can be wrap by anyone.i believe the meat is export from sdk to kk or tawau.cos there is someone i know in sdk doing meat processing for the pei dan kau.
